Waqas Khan

Mr. Waqas Khan is a seasoned global business leader with over 20 years of experience building, launching, and scaling consumer brands across international markets. He has led global rollouts and strategic expansions for several Fortune 500 companies, including British American Tobacco, Juul Labs, Etisalat, Telenor, and Ooredoo. His expertise spans multiple sectors including consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, mobile devices, broadband, med-tech, and fintech, where he has consistently built high-performing teams and driven large-scale business growth across three continents.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Khan is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded three startups. His most recent venture, LIX Innovations Inc., was successfully acquired by ITG Brands in a multimillion-dollar deal in 2023.

Mr. Khan currently serves as the Global CEO of CLEW Pouches, a premium nicotine pouch brand focused on modern, smoke-free nicotine alternatives. Under his leadership, CLEW has expanded into more than 50 countries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. Known for his strategic vision and operational expertise, he has played a pivotal role in launching and scaling innovative products within the modern nicotine category and continues to drive CLEW’s global expansion while advancing innovation in harm-reduction products for adult consumers worldwide.
