She has advised companies at all stages of growth in the nicotine and tobacco space, drawing on a decade of experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks to bring innovative products to market. She is well-versed in regulatory, quality, and policy matters, having held a series of progressive roles at Turning Point Brands, Inc. and Juul Labs, Inc. driving key initiatives in these areas. Kellsi is a leader of trade associations and co-founded and serves on the board of the Organization of Women in Nicotine and Tobacco.
