Hayley Van Loon

CEO, Crime Stoppers International

Hayley Van Loon is the CEO of Crime Stoppers International and the Founder of Magnolia Intelligence and ShadowIQ. With nearly two decades of experience across intelligence, security, and national security practice, she began her career in the Australian Intelligence Community and has since advised governments, Fortune 500 companies, and multilateral organisations on transnational threats, insider risk, and national security strategy.

Hayley spent almost a decade in the United States working at the intersection of global security, technology, and intelligence before returning to Australia in 2023. She serves on several international coalitions, including the World Economic Forum’s Coalition for Digital Safety and the Global Coalition to Fight Financial Crime, is an ambassador for CI-ISAC Australia, and sits on RMIT’s Cyber Research and Innovation Industry Advisory Board.

Deeply committed to advancing sovereign capability and supporting those on the frontlines of intelligence and law enforcement, Hayley’s contributions have been widely recognised. In 2024, she received the David Irvine AO Award for her contributions to intelligence practice in Australia and was named Most Outstanding Female Security Professional at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards. In 2025, she was recognised as Australia’s Most Outstanding in Protective Security at the Women in Security Awards.
