Haley XU

Haley XU is Vice President of Zinwi Bio-tech Co., Ltd, a high-tech company providing integrated solutions for e-liquid and reduced-risk products research, production, sales, and service to global clients. With strong R&D capabilities, stringent quality control, consistent product output, and an extensive client network, ZINWI has established itself as one of the world’s leading companies in the e-liquid and NGP sectors.

Haley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University and a Master’s degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Haley has profound expertise in integrated operations including market research, industry analysis, and overseas investment. At ZINWI, Haley previously oversaw the Global Investment Department and the company’s U.S. subsidiary, and now serves as Vice President of the International Business Unit.

Prior to joining ZINWI, Haley worked in Hong Kong and Sweden, specializing in investor relations, fund management, and global communications. Haley is also a loving mother of a 5-year-old boy.
