Douglas Ming Deng

Dr. Deng is a professor and the head of NGPs Industry Studies at Yunnan University. His research focuses on the evolution of the tobacco and nicotine industries, the social and economic impacts of introducing NGPs, the application of AI in the regulation and consumption of NGPs, as well as the innovation in modern oral nicotine and heating technologies for both vaping and heated products. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Deng is actively involved in popular science education and research on NGPs.
