Helena Digard

Helena DIGARD is Head of Analytical Services Operations at BAT. With over 20 years’ experi-ence in tobacco and nicotine science ranging from chemical emissions testing and product-based science through to product use behaviour and clinical studies, Helena Digard has played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering robust science to support Tobacco Harm Reduction and product stewardship for smokeless products, including vapour, heated tobacco, snus and nicotine pouches.

In CORESTA, Helena DIGARD is currently holding the position of President of the Board enabling the delivery of CORESTA’s mission of promoting and facilitating international cooperation and best practices in scientific research relative to tobacco and its derived products, with her key focus on driving for the strategic advancement of scientific best practices, enhancing awareness of CORESTA’s scientific work and building opportunities for the development of future scientists.
